1、煙氣特性：在透水磚的生產(chǎn)過程中，一次和二次燒制過程是有區(qū)別的。隧道窯焙燒過程中，高溫煙氣或余熱煙氣由鍋爐引風機泵送至烘房烘干青磚；

1. Smoke characteristics: In the production process of permeable bricks, there are differences between the primary and secondary firing processes. During the tunnel kiln roasting process, high-temperature flue gas or waste heat flue gas is pumped by the boiler induced draft fan to the drying room to dry the green bricks;

2、焚燒前階段：焚燒前階段，透水磚應盡量采用工業(yè)廢渣作為燃料，如粉煤灰、鍋爐渣，其間SO2含量低，焚燒后，煙氣中的SO2的損害也較小。其次，必須嚴格選擇硫含量低于1%的原煤作為燃料。

2. Pre incineration stage: In the pre incineration stage, permeable bricks should use industrial waste residue as fuel as much as possible, such as fly ash and boiler slag, where the SO2 content is low. After incineration, the damage to SO2 in the flue gas is also relatively small. Secondly, it is necessary to strictly select raw coal with a sulfur content below 1% as fuel.

3、焚燒中段：透水磚焚燒中段，爐內摻入鈣元素，煙氣脫硫方式受外投煤焚燒條件控制，鈣元素質脫硫劑與原煤中的SO2無法接觸一盞茶，脫硫效率低，使用較少。

3. Incineration middle section: Permeable brick incineration middle section, calcium element is added to the furnace, and the flue gas desulfurization method is controlled by the external coal incineration conditions. Calcium based desulfurizers cannot contact a cup of tea with SO2 in the raw coal, resulting in low desulfurization efficiency and less use.
